Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex data projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods to solve critical business problems.

Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover underlying patterns, correlations, and trends.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, identifying opportunities for application within the company.

Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating the impact of data-driven decisions on business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven projects.

Strong expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues requiring detailed analysis and evaluation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in mentoring or leading teams is highly desirable.
